What's New

• Early Access Introduced Process Instance Archiving. Archiving provides TrustX users the ability to retain Process Instance data for longer than the 90 days typically permitted. Configuring an archiving flow involves creating an archive policy before developing a Process Definition that integrates the 'Archive Process Instance v1' activity. Alternatively, Process Instances can also be archived using the TrustX API. To get started, see the guides below:

Improvements

• When configuring custom translations in the Backoffice, a JSON validator will determine whether the uploaded JSON is in a valid format.

• Readonly boolean fields that appear in the Backoffice application have been updated from checkboxes to toggle switches.

• Beta TrustX introduces support for native face capture directly through a web browser on a desktop using TrustWeb. Desktop Capture support enables users to complete face verification directly from their desktop webcam, with new activities tailored for the desktop environment. This feature is only available on request. For more information, see the Desktop Face Capture guide. The following activities have been added to support this change:

  • Desktop Face Capture V1

  • Desktop Capture xFace IAD v2.6.1 Image - v1

  • Desktop Capture xFace IAD v2.6.1 Image (Hardened) - v1

Improvements

• Document Capture v4 and v5 now supports portrait only capture using the PORTRAIT_ONLY value in the Capture Orientation input parameter.

• When viewing individual Process Instances in the Backoffice, Additional Parameters of boolean type will now be visible to all tenants when provided to the Process Instance.
