Overview
TrustX release v1.0.16.3 introduces support for new document validation algorithms and updates to existing algorithms.
Timeout events for all supported activities have been updated to redirect the end-user to an error page when a timer boundary event occurs.
Support for the updated document processor, Regula 7.1 has also been added to the platform.

What's New
Early Access TrustX release 1.0.16.3 adds support for Regula 7.1. This release provides a number of bug fixes for Regula 6.9. The current release of Regula 7.1 is an update of OCR capabilities. Support of advanced document authentication capabilities such as Chip Presence will be addressed in a subsequent release.Timeout redirects have been introduced for activities that support the timer boundary event, allowing users to configure the event and inform the end-user when a timeout occurs. For more information, see the Setting Timeout Events guide.
Early Access Document validation checks have been updated to support new document check algorithms and thresholds. Further details can be found in the Document Authentication Fusion Algorithms guide. Certified algorithms are in early access and are available by request for dedicated tenants.- Added support for Portrait Substitution Detection.

Cloud Function metrics allow users to record the count of outcomes associated with a function. This service supports both explicit and implicit metrics.
- explicit metrics - metrics where the writer of the cloud function defines what metrics to set.
- implicit metrics - derived from the ‘outcome’ of existing checks.

Improvements
As part of the 1.0.16.3 release, the value of an execution variable can be set within a Cloud Function. For example, this can be used to alter the overall outcome of a Process Instance. Enabled functionality to delete watchlist members from the Backoffice and API. For more information, see the Managing Watchlists Via API guide.
Additional Document Capture is now supported by WebView for Android and iOS devices. For more information, see the Android WebView Integration and iOS WebView Integration guides.
Backoffice & API Users with 'View/Audit' access will have additional privileges to view the following:

- Watchlist
A new expiry period has been introduced for watchlist members, allowing users to set a date of expiry for when the new watchlist member will be deleted. For more information, see the Managing Watchlists guide.
A new 'Hide buttons' input parameter has been introduced for Custom Data Forms, allowing users to hide all buttons that appear on the form page. See the Custom Form Without Continue section of the 'Custom Thank-You' guide for more information.
Updated Process Instance status colors in the Backoffice:
- The color of the 'Review' status has been updated when viewing the status Process Instances from the Backoffice.
- The color of the Declined and Error statuses that appear on the Process Definition Statistics landing page of the Backoffice have been updated.
Themes - Added a new language drop-down menu that allows users to display the theme preview in different languages.
Themes - The list of customization options that appear under the Custom settings heading has been updated to a list alignment.
When viewing the results of Cloud Functions in a Process Instance, the order of the list will match the order the Cloud Functions appear in the Process Definition.
The character limit of the 'value' field for Cloud Secrets has been increased from 200 to 8192 characters.
The 'Help' button that appears on the Email templates page of the Backoffice has been updated to redirect to the Email Templates Guide.
As part of this release penetration testing was executed against TrustX in staging, results are available on request.
API Changes
API Updates
api/watchlist-manager/facewatchlists/{{watchlistId}}/watchlist-members -Added "expireAtDtm" property, allowing users to configure a date after which the watchlist member will be removed from the watchlist.
Deprecated/Breaking API Changes
api/watchlist-manager/facewatchlists/match- Updated the response to remove "matcherinfo" content. Impact: Consumers of this API will need to ensure that they are not reliant onmatcherinfo

| SKY-4358 | Resolved an issue with header inconsistencies across different pages of the Trust Web app. When the Hebrew language is selected, the Consent and Additional documents pages appeared as normal. All other pages had a smaller header size than normal. |

| SKY-5893 | The backoffice did not show the label for fingerprint images if there is a fingerprint present in the document when using Regula 7.1. |
| SKY-5899 | Depending on certain conditions, the startProcess API will be triggered twice, creating two requests when only one should be created. This was an intermittent issue where a red pop-up error message would be displayed when starting the document capture screen. |
| SKY-5900 | The statistics that appear on the dashboard landing page were incorrect for showing the number of process instances created over the past 7 days. This has been fixed to show a more accurate representation of the data breakdown. |

Bug Fixes
A bug has been addressed from the previous release related to the error navigation screen functionality.
Prior to this change, if the recapture screen was configured to use the document capture screen ("capture" as the "Error navigation screen" input parameter) , errors occurred when trying to capture the document.
This bug has been fixed and it is now possible to set the document capture screen as the error navigation screen input parameter. For more information, see the Configuring a Custom Thank You Page.

💻 Functionality
Watchlists creation & management in TrustX :
A new Watchlist feature provides functionality for creating and managing lists of individuals of interest. It enables Backoffice users to maintain curated lists and track activities related to the listed individuals. For more information, see Managing Watchlists.
New section 'Watchlists' has been added on left-side navigation bar of the Backoffice.
Watchlists can be filtered and searched by created date using the provided search fields as filter options have been expanded to set the 'Created From' and 'Created To' dates to filter results of the search.
When creating new Watchlist mandatory fields are Name, description and Face Algorithm -
- Note: Currently only FACEV6 is available.
Watchlist can be deleted only if inactive.
Watchlist members can be added/deleted and their info can be updated.
- First name, Last name, and Photo is mandatory.
- Email and phone fields are not mandatory for adding watchlist member.
Note:
- Supported image files -jpg
- Max size allowed for upload 5MB with resolution 1080p
Watchlist feature has introduced 2 new services: sky-watchlist-manager and sky-watchlist-matcher and 2 new BMPN activities - “Watchlist-Search” and” Watchlist Add Members”.
