Admin Sessions Guide

The Admin Sessions page allows users to review recent OpenID Connect (OIDC) session activity that are created when authenticating administrators. Users will be able to view login and session activity, including operations performed during the admin user's session.

The 'Admin Sessions' page is available from the Admin Sessions tab found on the left-side navigation bar.

The landing page provides an overview table of admin activity, sorted by most recently created.

Show Session Details

Details such as the token and email address of an admin user's session can be viewed by clicking the Session Details magnifying glass located in the 'Actions' column.

Clicking this button reveals a pop-up modal detailing information about the admin user's session.

Session audits are identified using the Session ID associated with each admin user session.

View Session

Clicking the View Session eye button from the 'Actions' column will allow users to review specific session activity concerning a single admin session.

Admin user activities are listed in table format that highlights the method, service, HTTP method, response code, and date the activity was performed.

  • Method - The method or activity performed by the user.
  • Service - From which service the method was performed.
  • HTTP Method - The HTTP Method utilised to perform the Method. Possible values are GET and POST.
  • HTTP Response Code - The response code describing whether the operation was successful or resulted in an error.
  • Created - The date in which the method was performed.
