Process Instance Retention

TrustX introduced mechanism to remove Process Instances from the system automatically. On Process Instance level in the Backoffice, users will be able to see new fields: Retention Period and Retention Expiration Date.

Retention Period will be calculated only from Back Office's configured Process Definition retention duration, otherwise, the default retention period of 30 days is applied.

Note: Expired process instances are now automatically deleted daily at 00:00 server's local time zone by default via a scheduled task.
