Preview Environment

TrustX includes a preview environment which allows access to the next release early. Preview tenants include all new and existing features that are in the production environments.

Preview tenants are useful for testing and ensuring that a customer’s systems are properly integrated and functioning as expected. They can help customers to prepare for new releases and minimize potential disruptions.

It is important to note that Preview tenants cannot be converted into Production tenants, and Production tenants cannot be converted into Preview tenants. This means that you would typically use a Preview tenant for validation and a Production tenant for your live environment.

Preview tenants will receive updates prior to the updates being made available in the Production environments. Preview tenants are available on an invite only basis and are located in a single geographic region (currently in the EU). Preview tenants are not scale test environments and are not suitable for such testing.

Preview tenants will have a separate and distinct administration realm from the administration realms for production tenants. Customers may use OIDC or SAML to connect the preview tenant realm with the customer IAM system.

Preview Documentation

When a release is pushed to the preview environment, the preview documentation will be updated at the same time. The preview documentation will contain details of new and updated APIs, Activities etc.

To access preview documentation, select 'Preview' from the right-side of the top navigation bar.
