Trend History

The Trend History page provides a history of trend activity for time-based fraud analysis. This page enables users to search for a specific trend entry that has been added as a trend record.

To access the Trend History page, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the TrustX Backoffice application.
  2. Find Trend Records > Trend History from the vertical navigation back to the left of the Backoffice.

Searching Trend History

An exact match is required to retrieve results from the Trend History page. Use the three input fields at the top of the page to search a specific trend record. These input fields include:

Field NameDescription
TypeThe trend record type. Possible values include; Document Number, Email, IPv4 Address, Phone Number, and Visitor ID.
Search Trend HistoryA text field where the exact trend record is entered. This can be a document number, email address, IPv4 address, phone number or visitor ID.
TimelineThe timeframe to search for trend records. This must be a value less than or equal to 90 days.

Trend History Results

When a trend record is found using the search parameters, the 'History Analysis' and 'Associated Process Instances' sections will be populated.

Trend records are kept for 90 days upon creation and will be no longer be available once this period has passed. The time until a trend record expires is configured using the 'Expire After Days' input parameter of the add trend record activity. See Fraud Trends activity parameters for more information.

History Analysis

The History Analysis section shows a timeline of activity for the specific trend record.

Associated Process Instances

This section provides a list of Process Instances associated with the trend record, including the status of the Process Instance.
