Summary Checks and Reports
Overview
A summary of verification checks are provided for an individual Process Instance on the Process Instances page. Feedback from face and document Identity Verification that was performed during the flow will be represented. Additionally, reports for cloud functions are also provided for any cloud function performed during the Identity Verification process.
Reports can be found by navigating to the Process Instance page.
From the Process Instance page, a list of Process Instances will can be found in the associated table. From this table, the selectable Applicant Name fields will redirect to an individual Process Instance page.
Clicking an Applicant Name will redirect the user to individual Process Instance
Face and Document reports can be found within the individual Process Instance page after the Applicant Name is clicked.
Face Report
The Face report is found in the Verification section of the Individual Process page. A list of results for Face Quality and Face Match are provided.

The below tables describe each entry found in the Face report.
Face Quality

| Overall Quality | This check determines whether the captured face image has met the face quality threshold score. |
| Passive Face Liveness | Reports on whether the captured face image has passed the Passive Face Liveness check. This service ensures that a face image is genuine and not a recording taken from a desktop monitor or mobile device. |
Face Match

| Face Template Generation | Check that ensures the face image is suitable for matching. |
| Portrait Face Match | Check to ensure that the face image matches the image extracted from the associated document. |
Document Report
Document reports are found under the Documents section of the Individual Process page. Results are listed under the Document Quality, Visual Document Tamper, Acceptable Document, and Face Match headings.

Visual Document Tamper
Visual Document Tamper refers to the list of results from the individual document check activities. This include Black and White Copy Detection, Photo Substitution Detection, Color Copy Detection, and Screen Replay Detection. | Photo Substitution Detection - Front | A check that determines the associated face image of the document has not been substituted with the face image of the original document (front). |
| Photo Substitution Detection - Back | A check that determines the associated face image of the document has not been substituted with the face image of the original document (back). |
| Color Copy Detection - Front | Determines that the document image is not a color photocopy of the original document image (front). |

| Screen Replay Detection - Front | Check that determines the document image has not been captured from the screen of a desktop monitor or mobile device (front). |

Acceptable Document
Acceptable Document refers to the list of results performed by the Acceptable Document Type activity.

| Document Recognized | Check that the Document can be processed for Optical Character Recognition (OCR). |
| Acceptable Document - Overall | Check the document overall is acceptable. |
| Acceptable Document - Document Classification | Ensures that the document is classified in accordance with the document type selected as part of the Identity Verification flow. |
| Acceptable Document - Document Expiry | A check that ensures the document has not expired. |
| Acceptable Document - Document Issuer | Ensures the document is classified in accordance with the country selected as part of the Identity Verification flow. |
| Acceptable Document - Document Age | Determines that the Document date is not too great. |
Face Match
| Name | Description |

| Portrait Face Match | Check to ensure that the face image matches the image extracted from the associated document. This is the same check as that seen in the Face report. |
Cloud Functions Report
Cloud Function reports can be found under the Cloud Functions section of an individual Process Instance page. Any Cloud Function created and performed as part of an Identity Verification will be included in the report.
