Improvements
Process Instance Retention Improvements:
- Retention periods are no longer limited to a predefined set of periods. You can now configure any retention period in days between 1 and 90 days (inclusive).
- Retention periods are defined at the Process Definition level. If not specified, the default is 30 days.
- Process Instance records and their related data are now removed in line with the defined retention period. Previously, only related data was removed with the process instance; now both the record and data are both removed after the retention period expires.
Language Support Expansion:
- TrustX now supports Romanian, Irish, Japanese, and Arabic in the customer-facing web application, TrustWeb.
- If a Process Definition does not select specific languages (i.e defaults to all languages), then the new languages Romanian, Irish, Japanese, and Arabic will be automatically available to in the customer-facing web application, TrustWeb. Otherwise a Process Definition must be updated to add support for the newer language.
Document Quality Assessment v2.0.1
- A new version of the Document Quality Assessment activity is now available.
- This version introduces an additional input parameter for the error navigation screen, allowing configuration of the screen that appears next if an error occurs. The underlying Document Quality algorithm remains unchanged.
Backoffice Improvements
- Filtering is now applied consistently across all pages in the Backoffice application.
- You can now preview all Process Definition tags in Backoffice from a dedicated page.
Various improvements have been made to the Identity Store in the Backoffice:
- The "Qualifier" label has been renamed to "Value" so that data that has been stored under "Qualifier 1, 2, 3" are now segregated separately under the “Value" column in Event Details.
Process Definition Preview Page has been improved, so that now there is option for users to receive more details by clicking on information button next to Process Definition name ( Version, Status, Type etc.)
Previewing all Process Definitions tags in Backoffice is now available on a separate page
