What's New

• A new version of the Additional Document Capture feature has been introduced. 'Additional Document Capture v5' introduces support for manual capture through a new 'Capture Mode' input parameter. For more information on configuring a manual additional document capture flow, see the Additional Documents Collection guide.

  • The 'Additional Document Capture v5' activity also introduces support for a preview screen that can be added in the 'List of Screen' input parameter.

• Passkey Registration Policies have been updated to introduce new configurable properties:

  • Attestation Mode - If set to 'Direct', the browser requests a raw attestation statement from the authenticator and passes this information back to the server unchanged.
  • Passkey Location Hint - Optionally guide browsers on where users are most likely to have a passkey.

Improvements

• Improvements to the Manual Review user experience when zooming and rotating document previews in the Process Instance page.
• An archive of a Custom Page can be exported from the Backoffice application. This functionality will export a .zip folder containing all pages within the Custom Page.

What's New

• Introduced support for Phone Number and Email Watchlist functionality. New Phone Number and Email Watchlist types enable users to add email addresses and phone numbers as Watchlist entries in TrustX.

  • Additional 'Add' and 'Search' Watchlist activities have been added for email and phone number. See Watchlist Activity Parameters for more information.

• Added the ability to interact with Trends and Watchlists via the Process Instance page within the Backoffice application.

  • Users can directly add a face, phone-number, email, document number or visitor ID to an existing Watchlist of the relevant type. Note: This functionality is not available for the legacy face Watchlist type.
  • Directly search trend records via the Process Instance page.

• The results of trends search activity are now displayed on the Process Instance page within the Backoffice. This provides users of the Backoffice the ability to investigate which trends are returned as part of the search after a Process Instance has been executed.

• A new API endpoint is available that enables the exporting of Custom Page archive in TrustX. For more information, see the API Changelog at Changes 2026.06.03.

Improvements

• Improvements to the Backoffice Application user experience:

  • To improve page load times when viewing Process Instance, a 'Load Process Diagram' button has been introduced to load the associated Process Definition BPMN diagram separately.
  • UI improvements when creating new Watchlist entries have been implemented to enhance the experience on small desktop screens.
  • When viewing Process Instance that require a manual review, Additional Parameters will be visible to all tenants on the 'For Review' page.

• Searching email trend records is now case insensitive, regardless of normalization.

What's New

• Beta TrustX introduces support for native ID document capture directly through a web browser on a desktop using TrustWeb. Desktop Capture support enables users to complete document verification directly from their desktop webcam, with new activities and quality tuning tailored for the desktop environment. What's New

• Early Access TrustX supports the Secure Remote Password (SRP) protocol for Identity Store authentication. This protocol is a zero-knowledge authentication protocol that allows secure password verification without storing or sending the password over the network to the server. See the Passcode Integration guide for more details.
• Early Access Introduced support for ID Document Processor 9.3. See ID Document Processor 9.3 activity parameters for configuration information.
• A new Identity Store configuration option introduces User Attributes Schema, a JSON schema that validates Identity Store User attributes. For more information, see the User Attributes Schema section of the Managing Identity Stores guide.
• Early Access A new 'Claim Mapper' activity generates claims from an authenticated Identity Store User's attributes. For configuration options, see the Authentication Activity Parameters guide.

Improvements

• Custom Translations have been improved to allow variable substitution using {{documentType}} during document capture flows. For more information on configuring custom translations, see the Translation Self Service guide.

• The Identity Store 'audit duration' property for Face Matching Configuration has been updated to support values that exceed 365 days.

• The following 'Add Watchlist Entry' activities have been updated to include a new 'Watchlist entry id' output parameter.

  • 'Add FaceV6 Watchlist Entry v1'

• Support for passkey hints added to registration and authentication policies via API only. The optionally configurable hints will be supplied to the browser in the passkey registration and authentication requests.

• Resolved a delay on the 'Capture xFace IAD' activities where the processing screen was slow to appear after completing face capture. The processing screen now displays immediately upon capture. This fix applies to Android users on WebView or the TrustSDK only; other devices were unaffected.
